Only pro there is, is that Deublin offers outside of work activities that you can participate in
Cons
management is terrible. They don’t care about the employees. They give mandatory OT and you have to work Saturdays. It’s hard to enjoy some time off when you have a life. Managers and supervisors don’t have to work Saturdays. It just seems that Deublin is really segregated between the “blue shirts” which are warehouse workers , and the office workers and engineers. They are treated better
