work gets a little slow at times

They let me keep my assigned truck I got almost 5 years ago. Never had issues taking off 10-12 days.

Major management change more than two years ago. Since then it got pretty bad with all kinds of stuff. Rates dropped by 24%, no more RTR schedule. You work by a slot time schedule (you do have plenty slot times to choose from if early signed in). Communication with upper management is difficult. If suggestions for change is coming from the drivers, it’s usually a one way communication and a “we look into it” response with no outcome. No respect or appreciation for Seniority. Bonus system setup is unfair and difficult to achieve. No dedicated trailer.
