Cons
Nothing specific, just the usual growing pains :)

Cons
- slightly lower basic income but with stabile year over year growth in aligment with the expansion of business - on the other hand, great bonus structure that awards individuals that give an extra mile - car parking around the building can be challange - not for corporate mind set employees as constant inovation is required to evolve your self and the business
Pros
There are some very good experts working there (e.g. developers, customer success) and you can learn from them.
Cons
Very poor people management skills and business skills from the management. Analogy would be letting 5 year old kids to drive a car. People are leaving and getting fired in leaps and bounds (the whole sales team quit in one day). Company results are pretty bad and the management is incapable in turning it around. They keep talking about company values, but when it comes to applying it, they fall short. The original group of employees is somewhat protected, but others are free game for cost cutting. Be careful when seeking a job there. At the moment you might regret it. In the future things might turn around, but that would require significant changes which they don't seem to be ready to do.
