Pros
The company pays well, and the teams work together effectively. There's a real collaborative feel between the teams and once a plan is made, colleagues work well to achieve a goal. The profit share bonus scheme is also very fair and rewarding, which is obviously a big motivator.
Cons
The company can be a little rigid regarding processes, with projects occasionally needing approval from other teams unexpectedly. However, this is normally due to the technical nature of some of the products so it's more to ensure compliance. Regardless, it can sometimes slow down progress.
