Pros
D&P is a big player in a niche field. The company builds complex projects for high profile clients. It has full in-house capabilities. While working there, I have learned the full cycle of project development, management, and fabrication/installation. In my experience, initiative and willingness to learn have been rewarded.
Cons
Fabricating and installing museum exhibits is a separate discipline from designing them. People who are interested in the conceptual side won't be satisfied working for a fabricator.
Every project is different. They are all on tight, client-driven deadlines. If you are looking for a routine, predictable job, this isn't it.
