      Pros

      The warmest and well intentioned group. A great melange of personalities, opinions, and skills which make it a good place to develop new ideas and opinions. A good place to grow and develop skills. Location is A+ Amazing designers (really, they're damn good) An easily accessible GYM with partial compensation. Joe imo is a tremendous leader.

      Cons

      Can get a bit too hectic. More understanding needed for which developer can do what. The way time tracking worked was annoying.

      None to complain about. It is a good place.

      Pros

      Amazing location. Easy commute/close to Metro. Health benefits. Beautiful office. Helpful coworkers. Culturally diverse environment. Pet-friendly. Casual dress code. Good stepping stone.

      Cons

      Below average compensation. High expectations with little to no training. Management claims company is larger than it is. Outsourcing majority of contracts to other countries. Little to no empathy, compassion or respect towards employees. The profit is the only goal. Extremely high turnover of employees. The lifetimers here are the only ones who are valued. Owners can be arrogant and unprofessional. Management is not your friend - despite a superficial attempt at being one.
