($15,000 less than industry avg) - employee burnout happens QUICK -poor work/life balance - work overload on daily basis with nobody able to assist due to insufficient work force - Unrealistic KPI’s due to lack of market knowledge - leadership not willing to listen to constructive criticism but instead takes comments personally - toxic environment (internal employees talking behind each other’s back) - payroll is 2x/month In conclusion, it has become evident that this company has no idea how to scale and throws the blame on the marketing team rather than trying to improve their product which I’ve seen first hand is not up to par with the high amount of competition that has arrived into the sector.
