I loved my time at Design Catapult. I learned so much from my very talented coworkers. The industrial design team is the best I have ever worked with, They are practically engineers themselves. And the engineers have years of experience and have brilliant solutions to complex design problems. The team is very collaborative and supportive of each other. There's no politics or competition.

Wide range of projects, So you're always playing catch up on new sciences and technologies. No hybrid working options.

It is hard to think of one thing, sadly.

There are so many Cons to working here. The culture is all about backstabbing others. You have to prove to your manager that your co-worker did a bad job. People take credit for your work and pass it off as your own. You don't get paid a fair rate. What they are charging customers versus what you get paid is extreme. The equipment is quite old. The CEO comes in and barks orders. The managers do not care about your personal life.
