Pros
Some of the best creative minds in brand design. Genuinely nice people to work with. Go there to be better, to develop further and leave a better creative. Actually had a pretty healthy work/life balance.
Cons
WPP agency (more of a con than a pro, no matter what anyone tells you). Company had been merged again and again and again. Very top heavy which makes promotions rare and political.
