At Blitz we place equal importance on interior design and architecture, environmental and experience design, furniture design, and building architecture. We believe that a holistic design response considers human experience first. This approach yields better outcomes in our opinion. We also avoid piety, preferring to view design as being for everyone. In addition, we adhere closely to a 40 hour week, with managers focused on monitoring work loads and schedules in promotion of work life balance. As with all design schedules there are peaks and troughs, but our professional teammates manage their time and deliverables accordingly. FYI, Blitz team members DO NOT work 16-20 hour days ever! Any manager that knowingly allowed that to happen wouldn't make it at Blitz. Blitz isn’t perfect, but we continue to work hard to be a great place to work, that also does great work! P.S.
