Pros
the only Pro I can think of is they make OK sweaters.
Cons
Low salary, that's fine, fashion industry doesn't pay that much anyway for 3-people size company. Employees will be expected to work 24/7, the boss gives employees federal holidays unwillingly and employees are being treated like Chinese factory workers: always being "monitored" the working hour: what time you come in, what time you leave office, how long you take lunch break, how many times you leave office for bathroom/coffee/cigarette break ... etc. You can do whatever you want if the boss in a good mood, even though take long vacation after 2 weeks of just hired, otherwise you will be told you can only take 3 sick days per year. No communications at all: boss doesn't speak much English and doesn't really know American culture, very narrow-minded to ask you only listen to boss, and no tolerance when ask work-related serious questions. Every business ideas or strategies will have to be repeated over and over million times yet the boss still don't listen and boss would ask exactly the same questions repeatedly. Everything employees do or work is exactly like the movie "Groundhog Day". Very frustrated.
