Pros
-Free posters from time to time -Nice kitchen area -English is the company's main language
Cons
-Yearly pay raises are laughable (around 1 - 2%, performance-based, less than the inflation rate if you're unlucky), while at the same time the company wastes tons of money on champagne and rice crackers. Seriously?! -ZERO appreciation and respect for workers in Customer Service and Regional Sales -Boring, tedious work, you won't learn anything of value. All you will do in "Influencer Marketing" is filling in email templates and sending them out to influencers. -NO opportunities for development if you're in Customer Service or Regional Sales, you are viewed as a replaceable asset -Management never acknowledges issues within the company, only talks about positive things. Criticism is NOT welcomed. -They will tell you on their website they care about their employees, but don't be fooled. It's a trendy thing for a company to say, they still care about profit the most. -Lack of internal structure; typical company that grew too fast -Unfair treatment of employees. During Christmas time, for instance, some regional teams were allowed to work from home in between holidays, while others had to come to the office or take a day off. They do the same work but have a different manager. Very unfair and unjust.
