      Pros

      Lower-level staff are all wonderful to work with. Great community and friendly patrons. Beautiful building.

      Cons

      The administration does not listen to its staff. They do not include staff or the community in any of their plans. We are discouraged from talking to the administration if we have concerns and get in trouble if we do. It can be very unfriendly at times.

      Great environment to work. Love to work with the people outside of department. Everyone is super helpful

      Cons

      Youth department is very stiff for a department for kids. When you're new they are very unwelcoming and uninvolved.
