      Favoritism, they do not notice valuable employees, rather management listens to employees who dislike newer employees for no reason, regardless of how hard you work. It was obvious that the head NP at this location didn’t like me from the start.

      Some of the staff are pretty cool.

      Cons

      There is no team effort and the managers give favoritism. They will send you to different locations and they will allow the nurses to treat you like crap and get away with it. If you're a hard worker they will take advantage of you so be aware.
