Pros

Flexible hours, paid lunch two days a week

Cons

The company has been nosediving in quality as a place to work for the last year or two. The AI focus made everyone at the top completely forget about the fact that they work with human beings and not machines, and they do not know how to take feedback, they pretend they do by doing small things like creating a channel for the "wins" in order to boost morale (because they also don't know how to recognise someone for their work) but when they see the Glassdoor reviews the current and former employees leave they say that the score is "totally disconnected from reality" because the company is making good numbers. People are unhappy, they do not care if the company is making more or less money (specially if they do not see that reflected in their salaries) or if clients are successfully migrating to the new backofficee. If you see peoples as pawns you ended having that kind of outlooks: everything is well because the company is making more money, it doesn't matter if my best employees are depressed. It's really underwhelming to see your leaders say stuff like that in public channels.

Your feedback has been noted, and we take it seriously, particularly coming from someone who has been with us for a significant period of time. Tenure brings perspective, and the concerns you have raised about employee wellbeing, recognition, and leadership communication are ones we want to understand more deeply. As we continue to evolve our AI capabilities and scale as a business, we are committed to ensuring that this growth is felt meaningfully by the people behind it. Investing in our teams, acknowledging contributions, and creating genuine channels for feedback are priorities we continue to refine, and your input is a clear signal that there is more work to do in this space. Regarding compensation, we continuously review our pay structures to ensure they remain competitive and reflective of the value our employees bring. We understand that for most people, financial stability is a fundamental part of their relationship with work, and that is a reality we aim to take seriously. We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience in more detail. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your department's Talent Partner as these conversations are important and deserve to be heard directly.
