An MSP environment can be quite full on in that you need to be able to think on your feet, know where to find information, understand the urgency and priority for a matter. In that time keeping your end user/client satisfied you are the person they want to deal with. This is only possible when you have a team you can depend on, management you can approach and not have to think twice about approaching plus documentation which is easy to decipher. That is one of the key differences working here from other MSPs. Be it at service desk or in the field, the team members all need to be on the same page, accountability is lacking within MSPs and often the end user/client suffers as a result. Sure it can be fixed eventually, but when it matters and the pain is being felt, to get it sorted at that time is what the user will recall. That amount of client care is something I have seen here and proud to see it again and again. Team members who have in the course of employment, also become good mates. Not just to hang out with but also to further skill set with. Coffee machine, soft drinks available - occasional team lunch sessions. Would you rather be a number in a large firm or a name and identity in a group who appreciate you.

Only cons that come to mind are not as a result of the company or staff itself, it's the nature of work where we may need to put in the extra time or extra effort depending on the issue. That's just the nature of this work so nothing to hold against the company itself.
