I have been with this company for almost 15 years. I started as a delivery driver, then went into sales, assistant manager and then store manager. Upper management wants nothing more than for each person to reach their potential and keep you moving forward. The pay has always been great as have the incentives. I have made a move from Denver to El Paso with the company and they paid for my move, time and for a place to stay while finding a home.
Cons
As in any retail sales position you have to work weekends, but everyone is very upfront about that fact when you get hired. Truthfully I’m just nitpicking here as it really doesn’t bother me, but it might some.
