Great place to start and experience what teaching is like.

The salary is not so high.

In this job you get to help students learn all that they can do. With the small group setting the student is not lost in a class of 30. Therefore, they can work to their potential so they know how far they can go when they work hard and get smarter.

With the small groups, if one of four students is having a bad day it has a greater impact on the group dynamics. You are in a room with several other math fellows so it can get noisy.
