Pros

To be clear, I never worked here and wouldn't consider it. There is not a pro to working here, it is a complete scam.

Cons

Simply put, you will go door to door to different businesses asking people to switch their phone provider to T-Mobile. Nothing more to it. Commission based, no salary. Odds are they've reached out to you directly because they are desperate. I "shadowed" for a day and it was embarrassing to even be there in the field. Walked into a medical plaza and was asked to leave for soliciting. You're assigned an area in Denver and literally walk into any open business and it feels like you're just harassing these employees. I was mortified.

Pros

Denver Concepts has helped me grow not only professionally, but personally as well. The opportunity here has helped me overcome comfort zones, push my limiting beliefs, and become a more goal-oriented individual. The advancement structure is very transparent and very realistic to accomplish upon establishing great work habits that the company helped me develop. The CEO and executives created a company culture where I felt confident to be myself. Each person took time to understand my personal strengths and weaknesses to understand how to challenge me to grow beyond what I thought would ever be possible at the age of a recent grad. I definitely recommend this company and this position to people who are excited to be challenged, grow and develop great skill sets.

Cons

Obviously every job out there will have its lows and days will seem really challenging. However, the company has a family-oriented culture that, when one experiences these lows or difficult days, the staff stick together to help one another overcome these obstacles.

Pros

if you can do sales this could be for you but read the cons and these other reviews

Cons

Like all these reviews, yes this is a scam! I didn’t believe it until actually getting to the second interview. All this company is, is a door to door business salesperson, as in a door solicitor. They manage T-Mobile accounts and that’s it. They might as well be t-mobile themselves. This job should not be tricking graduates that this is an account manager or marketing job. It was cringey watching the employees bother business owners and being turned downed multiple times. Their entire pay is based off of compensation made off of door soliciting. If employees do not reach those sales, the pay is LESS than minimum wage. Mind you, this is a 9-10 hour work day. If you like sales and getting in peoples faces to switch over to an average phone carrier, this is for you. Anyone else, believe me it’s a scam. I should’ve known it was a bad sign walking in that there were less than 10 employees and 2 of them were brand new/in training. It was very staged as well at first to make interviewees feel comfortable and that they are more than door soliciting. ALSO in their front office, they have a plaque for being a BBB accredited business. GOOGLE IT they are NOT according to the BBB website. ALL fake. UPDATE: this company may no longer exist because of these reasons.
