Pros

There are no pros lol

Cons

Payments are docked according to unknown/random parameters. You also are never paid the full salary amount. They think $240 a month for a full-time job is a "fair wage". Employers are always forced to perform duties outside their job description and threatened with immediate termination if they don't agree.

Pros

5. I’ve recommended DS to friends and even family because it’s that rare kind of workplace where you can be at ease and drama-free. Plus, working remotely means we can focus on what really matters—our work and each other.

Cons

Dental billing can be really tedious

Pros

Dentistry Support is a place that really accepts everyone as they are. They find ways to care for their employees like family and that kind of sounds weird but it is the first place I have worked where I felt like my bosses actually wanted me here and not just my work. I really love the job too. I was not in dentistry when they hired me and I was nervous but the training program is amazing and I have learned so much in the last 2 years.

Cons

The only con I could say is how long the break down of benefits is that we do for the office I support. It takes a really long time to complete and sometimes I have to call the dental insurance company 2 or 3 times just to get all the details. I am happy to do it but sometimes I fall behind and have to request OT to get the job done.
