Pros
There is opportunity here to grow in your role. If you have a good idea then senior leadership will listen and support you. I think there is a great line here between being given the right amount of responsibility but also having support if you need it. In my experience, senior leadership also consult workers on their happiness in their role, and that contributes to an ever growing positive, transparent workplace.
Cons
Internal communication can be a problem. I know that the company has acknowledged this and there are steps being taken to address this.
