Management is not clear with the goals Keep on switching on what is trending rather than focusing on core technologies

The only pro is that you might gain some good industry related knowledge.

This company has little to no future. Their cloud optimization product is one of many in an extremely crowded space and the product simply doesn't stand up to its competitors. There is no career growth opportunity here and if you're in sales be prepared because you'll likely sell nothing. This company is also doing nothing to increase revenue and have reduced their sales headcount to the bare minimum. They absolutely do no care about employees with layoffs and terminations coming out of nowhere at terrible times of the year and will do anything they can to avoid fair compensation.
