If you want to do application security this might be the place for you. Application Security projects is the vast majority of their work. Good place to learn about or become better at Application Security

Software Developers should consider other alternatives, there is no software development work here. On president's day they had a layoff, the majority of them were programmers. Everyone here who still wants to do software development either can work on their application security tool; or should update their resumes and consider other options. In the last few months besides the layoff, there have been compensation freezes and other large cuts. A large number of programmers have left the company over the last 6 months, to include what I would consider the spiritual development manager and soul of the company and the lead tool developer who was responsible for great ideas and direction of their tool.
