Pros
They pay is average to low, the interview is very hard to get through, but if your hired you will feel good for the first few months. Free bagels on Friday mornings if you can get there early enough.
Cons
After you discover how terrible the company is and that nothing you do there matters, it will really kill your love for the job. Management is very abusive to its employees, singling out a few to pick on and scapegoat everything, encouraging other employees to join in as if its high school. The high turn over here is frustrating because training new employees becomes a constant burden on other employees. Hardly any supplies to do the job, broken office chairs and the stuffy, no A/C building.
