Pros
The company has a very contemporary and progressive view of work. It has many benefits but, subjectively it can be a positive for some as it also actively aims to positively discriminate so that it can achieve diversity its workforce which they see as a proud positive.
Cons
The company has been absorbed in recent time and because of it, it has expanded almost ten fold in staff, The balance of experienced staff needed to train the new recruits can be rather unbalanced and because of this there is an issue with uniformity in work standards. In time this should be resolved, but in the present it can mean it is difficult to learn quickly.
