Excellent Managers, encouraged to grow your career, variation in work, great teams and coworkers, allowed to remain remote even after Covid calmed
Cons
Literally just pay. You don't get the bonus until you're a L3 - I am still an L2 even with 7 years of experience in the industry. I am making at least 25% less than my peers in the same field, and it's common knowledge that the only way to make more money is to leave and come back. Even their internal promotions offer significantly less than if you were to come in for the same job but externally.
