Pros
Brilliant office building = modern facilities with on-site restaurant, gym, parking, games room. Work stations are modern, everyone friendly and supportive, all business areas very busy but enjoyable and Mondays are never dreaded. Everyone works hard and the social calendar more than compensates - really varied activities that ensure everyone finds an event to join in with. Career structured and can look globally in the Kion group for new challenges.
Cons
Rural location - beautiful but need to use car and parking can be challenging when everyone is in the office.
