Nothing to say much. Its really good company

I can think of only 1 pro: On time incentives with every lead that you generate - 200 to 500 RS./lead and it's a weekly cash amount given apart from the usual incentives that are credited every month to the salary account like with every other company.

Thousands of cons but I'll name just one which I feel is enough to make you understand everything about the company: The CEO is a cheapster who just wants you to be his money mine. As soon as the money mine reduces the speed of money mining he breaks it without logic! i.e. He will give you a PIP just for the formalities sake, for FIVE FRIKKIN DAYS and then would ask you to leave at times when there's less business for the company and he wants to reduce the expenses. TRUST ME ON THIS... TONS OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TERMINATED for no valid reason just like that previously too in front of my eyes.
