Great place to learn reservations and call center.

High turnover for some employees.

You can make a lot of money but you have to work atleast 10 hours a day about 6 days a week. Pretty good customer base and 90% tip well.

Where do I start, dispatch picks who they want to give the better jobs to, management could care less when you complain about it. It's hard to talk to dispatch or management. They require you to carry s very high insurance policy and workers comp. if you franchise with them you need it but when you are the only employee with your franchise why do you need to spend 3k plus for a workers comp policy? The insure is upwards of 7k plus. You have to work to the point where sleep and a life are two things you will never have if you want to make money. If jobs were handed out fairly this wouldn't be an issue. You are only allowed to work for delux, you can not work for Uber for example in your free time.
