      Pros

      Talented, driven coworkers who deliver results for clients, are enthusiastic about their work, and make coming into the office a joy. You are more or less guaranteed to walk away from a job at Delucchi Plus with invaluable experience and expanded knowledge in the digital, communications, branding, and PR disciplines. Really smart people work here, so take advantage of their knowledge and grow your resume!

      Cons

      Workload can be a bit crazy; deliverables are often given with minimal warning and tight deadlines. That's par for the course for agency life, though.

      Pros

      The agency is hitting another growth spurt and more & more opportunity is coming through the door. The teams are nimble and quick to respond to client work and come up unique thinking when pitching new business. The growth of the agency is due in part of delivering one time and keeping the clients brand in best interest. There are opportunities for folks to learn new skills, develop their experience, and take ownership of an account. Great office location, close to the metro, right downtown, summer Fridays, and closed between xmas to New Years.

      Cons

      Quiet office environment, everyone can get into their own worlds, and some people don't know what others do in the agency.

We’re proud of our growth over the last several years, as it has allowed us the opportunity to promote many team members from within and provide additional employee benefits such as bonuses, safe-harbor 401K plan, community giveback days, and summer hours.       Summer Fridays, office location, clients,

      Cons

      Overworked employees, lots of turnover, disengaged CEO with a big ego, agency is too focused on titles, employees are pitted against each other in order to succeed, employees are all treated like they are replaceable, actions do not match up to company mantra, good hard work is never enough, CEO approaches everything with a "what have you done for me lately" attitude.

I am committed to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees and sorry to see that your observations do not reflective the type of culture we try to embrace. We value and consider all feedback. I know the executive team works hard to create a company where people feel supported and valued and my primary motivation in running my business is to provide an environment where people are healthy and happy and challenged to grow and learn. Most agency environments are very fast-pace and demanding at times, and therefore require a positive entrepreneurial spirit. This can be motivating for some and difficult for others.
