Offers compensation for certifications and in some circumstances depending on how busy it is, you are allowed to study on the clock. - Choice to work from home part time so you can get both the perks of being with your team but also enjoying perks of working from home. - Company used to be toxic but now with new leadership, Deltra is showing great potential to grow - Decent health benefits - Snack bar in the kitchen - While there are exceptions depending on circumstances, you usually get weekends and standard holidays off

- Few paid days off for new employees (You start with 5 days and need to work here for a couple years to get bumped up to 10 days. If you can stick it out, it gets better!) - Gas compensation is generous but trips to some customer sites can be long distance and put some wear and tear on your personal vehicle - Pay starting out is a bit low but I am confident that this will improve as the company grows

Okay/decent pay, best to look elsewhere. Management is small and a lack of female employees/leadership and diversity. Out of touch.
