      Pros

      Very team oriented, Sr management had open door policy and they wanted input to their strategy decision making. Offsites held on a regular basis bringing together the leaders of each functional area to share current activities, strategies and ideas. Created a cohesive environment.

      Cons

      CEO allowed Sr Managers to build new teams and then quickly changed direction and forced new organization structures creating large amounts of turnover resulting in low productivity and inability to get new releases out the door timely.

Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
