The work environment felt hostile. They have a prevalent 'hire and fire' culture which they like a most. Senior staff offered little to no assistance, and the atmosphere was reminiscent of a master-slave relationship. The HR department seemed indifferent to employee concerns post-hiring. Unrealistic expectations were set for task completion times, with seniors assuming complex tasks could be done in mere minutes. The lack of support in understanding the codebase was disheartening. Overall, joining this company was a disappointing experience for me.
