      -Majority of company leadership has no aviation related experience -Management pushes unrealistic and unsafe timelines -Push back on unrealistic timelines is frowned upon -Pay is mediocre at best -Majority of staff is high school/college internship

      Flexible schedule and sometimes free lunch/breakfast

      Cons

      Too many to list. Just know every bad review here is accurate. Unsafe, inexperienced, negligence in almost every department at this company. No industry experience. This company is basically a non for profit high school science project. Just writing this so people can save their time but thankfully no actual professional in this industry would ever actually work here
