There are many nice people here. They are the ones that have worked at DeltaHawk for 6 plus years.

Since 2023 the engineering department has shrunk down to just a few people. They are mostly just fresh out of school. The engineering director, since 2023, is a manipulative narcissist that is incredibly deceptive. There has been a turn over of six engineers since he was hired. I worked under this director and it was not a good experience. The company is aware of how many problems he causes but they look the other way. They do not even do exit interviews anymore to determine how to fix these problems. The computer related hardware and software is way out of date. So be prepared to have hardware and software, computer problems, on a daily basis. There is no internal IT department. So be prepared to solve your own computer hardware and software problems if you are lucky to get some admin rights. My advice is to stay away from this company if you are in the age range of 30-55 years old. They will throw you away and not even tell you why. You will loose your health insurance on midnight of the day you leave. If you are younger you may gain some experience here that you can use at another company.
