Challenging, Enterprise Management System, Project Driven, Best-in Class Mentality, Access to a Global Database of Resource Information, Patents, Standards, Codes and Technical Documentation. Opportunity to start or build career in formal EPC environment. Very little impediment to independent personal development. Purpose built facilities and visionary CEO.

Cons

Not self-driven? Need not apply. A very specific constitution and an appropriate disposition is required for personal success. Key performance indicators, recognition and award often misplaced or misconstrued. A constant internal struggle between company growth and stagnancy. Staff often appeared too comfortable with and unwilling to challenge status quo.

Good company, Good management, best practice all encouraged. Wonderful leader whose aim is to achieve the best Engineering Company in Africa.

Cons

Low assurance in terms of Job security, Remuneration is low as regards income though it helps during company's dry season.

I have such a low opinion of Deltaafrik Engineering that cannot think of anything positive to say.

Cons

Excessive nepotism, cronyism. Nigerian management and staff are incompetent and corrupt. Poor working conditions, housing, etc. Contract means little…. Very representative of Nigerian society - don't be surprised if you end up being cheated of money.
