      Management lets everyone smoke weed. All are welcome to come in to work high. This part is great.

      Cons

      Management is a total mess. Running joke on the shop floor is that 'the company makes hardware, it doesn't make sense.' Owner is a total clown that creates a paranoid work environment where nobody feels safe.

      Pros

      The hemp and cannabis industries are taking off which offers growth opportunities like no other industry. The company is expanding and adding jobs to Sonoma County. The pace is fast, there are career advancement opportunities, and the products are made in California.

      Cons

      The industry is new and can be chaotic which can be a challenge as priorities change and emergencies arise. The pace is not for the weak of heart!
