Pros
Have worked here for more than 6 years before getting my Green Card. Long Term Projects, mainly because they are government client vendors. Provides constant feedback to employees from clients to keep on track with where they are working. Very helpful managers, co-workers and mentors. No problems on timely payment
Cons
It is a typical work day from 8-5, but if something needs to be done or you need to cover your positions you will need to put extra time into your work. You can easily do this by staying on top of your priorities and making sure you are dedicated to coverage.
