Worst Job I've ever had - Anonymous employee Delta Group (GA) Employee Review

Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. The culture is amazing. I thought places like this did not exist. They want to help you grow and feel confident in your role and in life. They are gracious and encouraging. I look forward to going to work. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this company. It's an honor to be a part of it.

Honestly, I don't have any cons so far, and I hope I never do. But I'm sure if anything were to ever arise, it's something I could speak to my supervisor about and we would figure it out.
