Pros

Easy work just typical call center client service. You are essentially a teller via phone. Customers are nice for the most part and the office is spacious and clean

Cons

The pay is terrible. The management/supervisors will micro manage you every second of the day. Gets to the point where you have to ask permission to use the restroom. High call volume can be extremely overwhelming with no support from leadership. They tell you it’ll be remote position but it’s a lie.

Pros

- It's encouraging as a resident of the area to see the amount of outreach programs to teach children about future opportunities and financial literacy - Work environment doesn't feel suffocating. - I hear stories about how people were able to get great internal job opportunities from their initial positions.

Cons

- Wish the PTO plan was a bit bigger but its not awful

Pros

Hybrid schedule after a few months They feed you often All major holidays closed/off

Cons

- The pay isn’t enough for what you deal with - 86% guaranteed to be on some kind of disciplinary before your probationary period ends so the odds of you moving departments is greatly lowered
