We get Christmas & Thanksgiving off. I’m aware most companies give it off but that was the only pro here so I went with it
Cons
Highly inexperienced Administrator. The office actually ran well until this Administrator was hired. Her obvious lack of knowledge has made a mess in every department. This company has more chiefs than Indians but the chiefs don’t meet or even ask the staff that do the jobs for input regarding changes in protocol or process. They do it behind your back and when things go wrong the staff is blamed. A dozen changes have been made in the last 6 months without our input, knowledge or training but we are expected to know how they work. There is ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING through ESP. So It’s easier if I just list what *not* to expect here- Don’t expect: Fair Pay or raises A Positive Corporate Culture Training Inclusion Opportunity Recognition Respect Advancement Open communication Effective organization And certainly not a thanks for going above and beyond.
