Lots of opportunities, exposure to various different industries with domestic as well as international exposure. Learning curve over here can definitely improve significantly on a case to case basis. Flexibility with respect to working hours is offered to a certain extent.
Cons
Just like all other mnc located in india. Due to weak labor laws employees tend to be exploited at times for lack of work life balance during certain periods which can sometimes get out of hand. Sometimes working on weekends holidays is also expected.
