Absolutely everything. Micromanagement increased as soon as they lowered wages. Bonus payments are never on time. They never communicate when payroll will have delays. Leadership expects you to go all in on Dell's mission, but they're not even sure what that mission is. This company throws the word innovation around yet all they do is copy competitors and fail at doing so. If you're thinking about Dell just go to a comedy club instead.
