Good pay. Solid benefits. Get to learn something new every day (not that you'll remember it because ProSupport is a catch all for anything and everything).
Cons
Agent dissatisfaction leads to customer dissatisfaction leads to manager dissatisfaction; it's a repeating cycle. Too many team dissolutions/desk changes. Team Leader's, L2's and managers more interested in visiting with each other and gossiping that focusing on assisting their team members. Metrics have unreasonable expectations. Onsite health clinic staff is rude. Lack of work life balance, and the constant multitasking hurt my brain. Most of the tenured agents feel the same way as I do, yet management continues to do the same thing over and over expecting different results (the very definition if insanity).
