      Pros

      None. There is no work/ life balance at all. The CEO expects you to care as much as him about this company even though you'll never receive compensation for your work while he makes all the money. He's a young guy that will just feed you a bunch of BS!

      Cons

      Not getting paid for your hard work. And when you ask the CEO (Boris Dobrin) , he will give you many excuses.
