      Cons

      Just like with any company in this industry, sometimes you have to put up with very long days un-ideal conditions. A large amount of business doing weddings and other society events.

      Pros

      You will love who you work with and everything you do matters. If you enjoy pressure, this is the place for you because it will always be meaningful work. There is a flexibility with your time there as long as you are always giving your all.

      Cons

      Your hours aren't always set...emails and calls at 6 in the morning to 10 at night and you are expected to answer. This is apart of the industry...shows don't just stop past 5 PM.
