Pros

1) You can grow & learn well here since they assign you many tasks to explore and execute. They will even offer you new opportunities if you excel 2) Everyday face new challenges, not so boring 3) Area is easily accessed by LRT/bus 4) Helpful supervisors & colleagues to help you grow together 5) Always receive so many free stuff from different departments (snacks, healthcare, etc)

Cons

1) Delfi as distributor, so many brands handled by one team. Out of control most of the times 2) Need to stayback more than working hours so the higher ups expect you to work like a dog everday. No work life balance 3) Too many micromanagement, is this a playschool? 4) Don’t have benefits except for medical claims only 5) Super-fast paced environment yet no training/knowledge handover is properly carried out among new and current employees 6) Salary-wise not so good, they can’t offer you much at all for the terrible workload

Pros

No one contacts you after working hours, unless you are unlucky and got a boss who loves working late. Aside from that, everyone wants to go home and not think about the work and the company.

Cons

I just left in December 2025. This is a very fresh review, coming from a young blood. The upper management has been the same people for more than 10 years... so you can imagine how is it like... 1. Too old school, basically does nothing for the wellness of the employees. 2. Bad location with very limited food. 3. Toilet is always broken down and smelly. 4. Pantry is very dirty, the sink is constantly filled with food. 5. Office is old school, and dirty, looks like a primary school teacher's office. 6. Everyone does the bare minimum and never want to take the blame if anything goes wrong. 7. Management is very calculative, even your allowances (at least for marketing function) is by claim basis. Example (not real numbers): Phone bill allowance is RM10, your bill is RM7, they will only allow the claim for RM7. 8. No internal communications among stakeholders. Very bad at communicating. There is so many more things that are just wrong about this company. They try to sell themselves as a MNC, Public Listed company. Please do not be fooled. They do not operate like one at all. Coming from someone that has had experience in real MNC. If you want learnings from a smaller scale company, you can always find elsewhere with better management.

Pros

Good and supportive admin branch and branch manager.

Cons

The allowance is insufficient as you need to cover whole Perak. Low increment. High turnover rate.
