Easy going job while being a student. Fun work environment

Nothing to complain about as far as a college job

Beautiful campus, some truly excellent proffessors.

Huge numbers of "do nothing" employees hiding throughout the organization. Competent employees are over-worked in order to cover the gap. Several employees in my division brought their own computer devices in so that they could surf the web and watch Netflix undetected (for YEARS). In these cases, their managers were aware of the situation, but as they also did very little themselves, they were happy to keep the status quo so as not to out themselves.
