Repetitive, boring office environment and a little isolating.

*Hybrid work from home *Good pay for new graduates *Good benefits *Tons of company engagements like trips to sporting events and free lunches *Company doesn't make you feel bad for taking time off, you don't have to worry about a co worker covering your shift or anything like that

*Can be repetitive at times *Tons of situations where you need to communicate with leadership or directors on how you should process a claim *Terminology used is medical based so it can be confusing depending on who the information comes from *Website used for policies/procedures can be very complicated in finding out proper steps needed to process/handle a certain situation plus your current situation doesn't always apply to policy so you need to be in constant contact with leadership because of it *Job has quotas individuals need to hit and the job is a lot of reading a communicating with leadership and can take time to complete claims. You can spend 30 mins reading a document that has 40+ pages and have to get a consult for management and since you didn't complete the claim it can severely hurt your productivity
