Cons
Del-One has struggled for many years to attract and retain top-tier employees. The turnover rate is through the roof and has been for a long time. They continually bring in leaders who have no business overseeing or managing employees. When the administration turned over a couple of years ago, many of us were hopeful that this meant qualified and professional individuals would be brought in, which did not happen. The culture has a major problem with gossip, confidentiality, and toxic behaviors that are overlooked, depending on who you are. Bully tactics are often used to keep employees in line, rather than relationships and mentorship opportunities. Many of the members of management and senior management do not have any type of educational degree or formal training and it shows.
